Between February 12th and 15th, three recruitment events will take place for employment opportunities on Disney Cruise Line ships.

To showcase the process of securing attractive temporary contracts with one of the world's leading cruise industry companies, we will have incredible talks with Disney's human resources staff and their official recruiter for the region, the Brazilian company ISMBR-Group.

We are looking for bilingual individuals with proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, kitchen, and cleaning, who are interested in working abroad. Monthly salaries for these positions range from U$770 to U$3000. The advantage of these jobs is the institutional support from MINTRAB and its labor mobility program, facilitating visa and passport procedures, as well as offering scholarships for merchant marine courses at the Naval School.

Requirements include a good command of the English language, recent proven experience, and/or technical training in the specified areas.

We will share successful crew members' experiences who have built their careers in this industry, so you can explore the promising world of work in the cruise industry, and guidelines will be provided on how to apply for the vacancies.

Those who meet the requirements will proceed to the selection phase with the official recruiting company for DCL in Guatemala. Individuals who meet only some of the requirements can opt for specific training to help them access these jobs in the short and medium term.
